CONTACT & PAY
Client pays in full upfront.
I will only start working once the payment has been made.

START WORK
[ Sketch - > Mid' conform - > cleaning up ]
Depending on the request, the processing time may vary.

CONFIRMATION
The estimated delivery time is 1~2 weeks to month. Communicate to ensure the work meets your satisfaction.
04

DONE!
After confirmation is done, finaly the work is done. *hooray!*

* Terms of Service
  1. My hours are based on KST. (UTC+9)

  2. All artwork may used as my portfolio/gallery/social media etc. 

  3. Depending on the current schedule situation, request may be declined or changed to a reservation.

  4. Though I may show you a work in progress (WIP) in case I need to clarify something mid-work.

  5. Revisions are up to Two times.
    Revision is done accordingly to the size of revision from 1-3 days normally. Color adjustment and mistake from me did not count in the revision count.
    Additional revisions charged with $10.

  6. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask.
* Use / Rights

  1. I Please credit me for my work using the name "BySmile".

  2. The client may edit the image, but may not claim the art as their own work.
  1. Images are only for use by the commissioner and may not be transferred or redistributed to another user without express permission from me.
    They CANNOT be used for NFTs, Cryptocurrency, or AI.
  1. This commission is basicly can be used for personal.
    Non-commercial internet broadcasts and competitions separate as 'Semi-commercial use rights'.
    Commercial use rights require an additional fee.
    You are just allowed to use my artwork, but I still retain the copyright. If you want to fully 'own' it, we need to discuss  about copyright assignment.
* Payment

  1. Only Paypal and Bank account (SHINHAN BANK).

  2. The Rush/Priority fee is calculated based on the total amount after all additional fees have been added.
    (Finish in 5 days +50%, Finish in 2~3 days +100%)
    ※It may be declined depending on the schedule.

  3. Cancellation due to simple change cannot be refunded.
    Cannot offer refunds if I have already started work on the commission.
  1. I will generally be able to finish within 1~2 weeks depending on how many logos you order.
    If your deadline is sooner please communicate that ahead of time, because there may be a rush fee.
* Communication
  1. I'm not so confident in English that much.
    Response may take time due to use 'ChatGPT' and translation tools for communication, hope you understand.

  2. Communication must be through X(twitter) DM and e-mail.
    Please allow 1-2 days response time.
    I appreciate any messages, however please also note that excessive inquiries can slow down my workflow.

  2. The client MUST provide references or detailed descriptions for any commission request.
    The more details provided, the better I work!
    It is the client's responsibility to provide clear descriptions and references, and to respond to communication in a reasonable amount of time.
